she said in a statement on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The board will have to expedite a process of ensuring that the bank is able to secure a banking licence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>All seven board members, who were approved by Cabinet, were given three-year contracts, effective from August 1.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are moving with speed to ensure that we bring all citizens into the mainstream of the economy,&#8221;
