Research group Lightstone has provided the top 10 suburbs in South Africa which saw the most property sales in 2017.<\/p>\n
While high-price areas like much of Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard usually draw the most attention for their high value homes, due to the limited number of properties up for sale – and even fewer high-net worth individuals around to buy them – they do not see too many sales in any given year.<\/p>\n
It’s unsurprising then that some of the hottest property markets in the country are actually found in low-income areas.<\/p>\n
