HiFi Corp<\/a>, a provider of electronic, audio and visual products, has launched its new e-commerce store, taking its range of services online.<\/p>\n

HiFi Corp has partnered with digital solutions company, iGroup<\/a>, to assist with the extension of its existing website to a fully-integrated, usable e-commerce system.<\/p>\n

Marc Seymour<\/a>, CEO of iGroup, says that the website has been presented to the customer in a simple and usable way. \u201cThe system has seven integration points and is the only site in South Africa, at this time, to integrate directly to SABC<\/a> for online TV licensing verification and purchasing.\u201d<\/p>\n

HiFi Corp is part of JSE-listed JD Group<\/a>, along with Incredible Connection<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Apart from the first online SABC TV license integration the group says its new website\u2019s defining features include: integration into multiple supplier systems, delivery mechanisms, good quality product information and imagery, Credit and Debit card payment options, bank grade security systems, as well as automatic web specific promotions and notification facilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot only can customers browse, compare products and\u00a0 now purchase a valid TV license online by means of SABC licensing integration and ID upload and verification facilities, soon they will be able to use an SMS or in store facilities to check their TV license status prior to purchase as well,”\u00a0Seymour said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe HiFi Corp site is a fantastic example of iGroup\u2019s understanding of business rules, security, process flows, payment mechanisms and logistics needed for a successful e-commerce system.”<\/p>\n

Additional features include in store dashboards, wish lists, compare functionality, brand-specific pages, social integrations, surveys and more. The site also enhances user registration and sign-in.<\/p>\n
