{"id":2543,"date":"2012-01-16T09:25:18","date_gmt":"2012-01-16T09:25:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=2543"},"modified":"2012-01-16T09:32:15","modified_gmt":"2012-01-16T09:32:15","slug":"digicore-in-bid-for-remaining-dfm-sa-shares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/it-services\/2543\/digicore-in-bid-for-remaining-dfm-sa-shares\/","title":{"rendered":"DigiCore in bid for remaining DFM SA shares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JSE-listed <a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/396391-DigiCore-Holdings\" target=\"_blank\">DigiCore Holdings<\/a> (DGC) on Monday announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the remaining 30% of the issued share capital of Digicore Fleet Management SA from Western Breeze (12.6%) and Amabubesi Investments (17.4%) for R13.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>The Acquisition is the result of the restructuring of a past BEE transaction, which allows the BEE shareholders to realise cash for their investment, Digicore said.<\/p>\n<p>DFM SA is a fleet management solutions provider servicing more than 5,000 companies constituting the bulk of DigiCore&#8217;s corporate business in South Africa. \u00a0The group employs over 350 staff members and has over 100 fully equipped mobile service vehicles.
