[News24]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ewn.co.za\/2018\/07\/26\/putin-reminds-ramaphosa-of-nuclear-deal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russian President Vladimir Putin raised the issue of\u00a0\u00a0nuclear deals in his first meeting with\u00a0President Cyril Ramaphosa\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>on the sidelines of the BRICS summit on Thursday afternoon, but his host said that South Africa could not sign such a deal for now. The eclipse will be visible in South Africa from 20:24 and then from 21:30 to 23:13, and the moon will be transformed into a reddish orange colour.
