However, the commission said it gave Moyane several opportunities to do so, but he chose not to. The commission has recommended he be removed immediately. [EWN]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymaverick.co.za\/article\/2018-10-31-oppenheimers-testify-about-gigabas-fireblade-lies-and-unethical-behaviour\/\">The Oppenheimers have accused home affairs minister Malusi Gigaba of lying regarding permissions to operate a private terminal at OR Tambo International.<\/a><\/strong> The family said Gigaba gave permission and then shocked by changing his mind and reversing. [Daily Maverick]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fin24.com\/Budget\/basic-service-delivery-could-be-compromised-by-higher-public-wage-commission-20181031-2\">Concerns have been raised that the higher public wage bill that has been approved by Treasury will lead to a drop in basic service delivery.<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0The Financial and Fiscal Commission briefed Parliament about these concerns, highlighting that public wages now take up over half of municipal budgets.
