{"id":293234,"date":"2019-01-14T07:50:02","date_gmt":"2019-01-14T05:50:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=293234"},"modified":"2019-01-14T07:50:02","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T05:50:02","slug":"south-africas-best-mobile-network-vodacom-vs-mtn-vs-cell-c-vs-telkom-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/telecommunications\/293234\/south-africas-best-mobile-network-vodacom-vs-mtn-vs-cell-c-vs-telkom-2\/","title":{"rendered":"South Africa&#8217;s best mobile network: Vodacom vs MTN vs Cell C vs Telkom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MyBroadband Insights has released its Q4 2018 Mobile Network Quality Report, which ranks South Africa\u2019s mobile networks.<\/p>\n<p>The report is based on 12,092 unique results from MyBroadband\u2019s android speed test app which were recorded between 1 October 2018 and 31 December 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The download speed (60%), upload speed (20%), and latency (20%) are used to calculate a network quality score.
