[ENCA]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesslive.co.za\/bd\/national\/2019-02-18-taxpayers-likely-to-stump-up-saas-r11bn-comair-bill\/\">South African taxpayers are likely to foot the bill for SAA&#8217;s anticompetitive behaviour.<\/a> <\/strong>A 14 year old anticompetitive case was settled last week, which will see SAA pay Comair R1.1 billion. SAA does not have money to run its own business. [Business Day]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Government\u00a0wants to talk to independent power producers (IPPs) about <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/af.reuters.com\/article\/southAfricaNews\/idAFL5N20C0CX\">lowering the price Eskom pays for electricity from older renewable energy projects<\/a><\/strong>, in a bid to help the power utility claw its way out of a financial crisis.
