South Africa’s largest cinema chain Ster-Kinekor has launched ‘Subscription Club’ – a service that will enable customers to watch unlimited movies at certain theatres for a monthly fee.<\/p>\n

Customers who subscribe to the Ster-Kinekor Fan Club will get four movies and 20% off popcorn and soda combo, for only R249 per month.<\/p>\n

For those who subscribe to the Ster-Kinekor MORvies Club, they get unlimited movies for only R349 per month, with 20% off popcorn and soda combo.<\/p>\n

The cinema chain pointed out that Ster-Kinekor Fan Club is only available at Watercrest, Ilanga and Eastgate, while MORvies Club will be available at Somerset, Garden Route Mall and Eastgate.<\/p>\n

Ster-Kinekor owns some 60-65% of the market, boasting some 55 movie complexes in South Africa (more than 400 screens and 64 000 seats) with 154 state-of-the-art 3D cinemas.<\/p>\n
