Telkom<\/a> Internet will launch VDSL<\/a>-based broadband products on 4 March 2013, which will see customers experience speeds of up to 20Mbps and up to 40Mbps.<\/p>\n

These high speed products will, for now, be launched in selected areas. The initial rollout will offer these services in Benmore Gardens, Fourways and Waterkloof in Gauteng; Durban North in KwaZulu-Natal; and Durbanville in the Western Cape.<\/p>\n

Customers wanting the new products will require a VDSL modem from Telkom Internet that is backward compatible with ADSL to ensure optimal performance, and allows for remote management from the ISP.<\/p>\n

Telkom Internet and Telkom Business will launch a range of new 20Mbps and 40Mbps products, including capped and uncapped bundles.<\/p>\n
