{"id":348679,"date":"2019-11-03T18:00:10","date_gmt":"2019-11-03T16:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=348679"},"modified":"2019-11-04T10:28:44","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T08:28:44","slug":"black-friday-2019-deals-from-some-of-south-africas-biggest-retail-brands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/business\/348679\/black-friday-2019-deals-from-some-of-south-africas-biggest-retail-brands\/","title":{"rendered":"Black Friday 2019 deals from some of South Africa\u2019s biggest retail brands"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The biggest single sale day on South Africa&#8217;s shopping calendar, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/black-friday\">Black Friday<\/a><\/strong>, is set to take place on 29 November 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being weeks away, retailers are already gearing up for the day and a number of outlets have already <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/business\/344466\/big-black-friday-plans-for-dion-wired-builders-and-game-in-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">confirmed<\/a> <\/strong>their plans and the types of items that will be on sale.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to BusinessTech, retail group TFG said that it plans to offer sales on over 400 fashion and lifestyle brands such as Sportscene, @home, The FIX and Fabiani.<\/p>\n<p>The group said that customers will be able to complete their purchases from a single checkout backed up 3D secure technology and multiple payment options via Snapscan, EFT or a TFG Account.<\/p>\n<p>It will also offer free delivery on orders over R500 and free click and collect in-stores across all TFG brands.<\/p>\n<p>It has also launched a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mytfgworld.com\/browse\/staticContent.jsp?pageName=BlackFridaySignUp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mailing list<\/a><\/strong> allowing customers to get a head start on the Black Friday deals.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the stores and brands which fall under the TFG include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>@home<\/li>\n<li>Donna<\/li>\n<li>Exact<\/li>\n<li>Fabiani<\/li>\n<li>Foschini<\/li>\n<li>Hi &#8211; Online<\/li>\n<li>Markham<\/li>\n<li>Sportscene<\/li>\n<li>The FIX<\/li>\n<li>Totalsports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Mr Price\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/MR-Price-online.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-49370\" src=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/MR-Price-online.png\" alt=\"MR Price online\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/MR-Price-online.png 600w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/MR-Price-online-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mr Price has also <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrp.com\/en_za\/black-friday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">confirmed<\/a> <\/strong>that it will be having a Black Friday 2019 sale.<\/p>\n<p>The group said that its sale will run from 25 &#8211; 29 November, with sales on men&#8217;s, ladies and kids fashion items. exclusive and once-off deals in the lead up to Black Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The online retailer said that this will include savings of up to 70% off top brands like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adidas;<\/li>\n<li>Puma<\/li>\n<li>New Balance<\/li>\n<li>Sissy Boy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;The exclusive #ZandoBlackout Sale deals will be revealed at 12 am Black Friday morning,&#8221;
