are the best pre-owned cars in South Africa right now"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gumtree has announced the winners of its 2019 pre-owned auto awards, highlighting South Africa&#8217;s best used cars across every price range.<\/p>\n<p>The winners were selected by a panel of judges based on factors such as interior quality, standard features, durability, performance, fuel and maintenance economy and of course resale value.<\/p>\n<p>All the cars were 2017 models to reflect their pre-owned status.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 20 automobile brands were nominated across 12 categories, with some clear standouts from both judges and South African voters.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest winner was Volkswagen with eight wins out of 16 nominations across both the judges and peoples choice awards.<\/p>\n<p>A full
