First National Bank (FNB) has announced that it is adding the newly-launched Samsung Galaxy S4 to its mobile device range.<\/p>\n
\u201cNew customers who switch to FNB can get the Samsung Galaxy S4 at a 16% discount with 24 months to pay,\u201d said Kartik Mistry, head of smart devices at FNB\u2019s Core Banking Solutions.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have also included various data options in this deal to enable digital banking, and have included \u2018voice\u2019 to meet our client demand.\u201d<\/p>\n
Samsung recently announced that all its devices would come with free AlwaysOn Wi-Fi for 12 months. Through the FNB deal, users will also get an extra year of free Wi-Fi access via AlwaysOn.<\/p>\n
The deal is valid until 30 June 2013, for R299\/month on a 24-month discounted Cell C contract.<\/p>\n
Existing FNB clients can apply for the Samsung Galaxy S4 before 30 June, and will receive a 35% discount on the phone cover, the bank said.<\/p>\n
FNB said that due to the high demand expected, stock will initially be limited.<\/p>\n
