Confident about retaining their position as South Africa\u2019s market leaders, leading local MVNO enabler, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mvnxmobile.com\/?utm_source=BusinessTech&amp;utm_medium=Article&amp;utm_campaign=09_March_2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>MVN-X<\/strong><\/a>, is geared for growth in 2020 off the back of more than 50% year-on-year growth 2018\/ 2019, and the company is showing no signs of slowing down within this flourishing Telco sector.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mvnxmobile.com\/?utm_source=BusinessTech&amp;utm_medium=Article&amp;utm_campaign=09_March_2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to find out more from MVN-X<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\"><strong>What are MVNOs and MVNEs?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>An MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) is a wireless or virtual communications service provider that does not own the\u00a0wireless network infrastructure\u00a0over which it provides services to its customers.<\/p>\n<p>An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a\u00a0mobile network operator\u00a0to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates, then sets competitive retail prices independently, whilst offering a bespoke and tailored value proposition to its customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, the MVNO can be positioned to disrupt the market by growing their customer base and adding value to the traditional market through enhanced service offerings and meeting their customers\u2019 needs with more affordable and relevant products.<\/p>\n<p>An MVNE or Mobile Virtual Network Enabler provides network infrastructure and related services, such as business systems and planning, administration and operations support processes to MVNOs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\"><strong>Who is MVN-X?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Founded in 2012 and a subsidiary business of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ignitiongroup.co.za\/?utm_source=BusinessTech&amp;utm_medium=Article&amp;utm_campaign=09_March_2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ignition Group<\/strong><\/a>, MVN-X is an end-to-end MVNE which provides turn-key services to MVNOs. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2019 was an exceptional year for the company which grew from 275,000 to more than 400,000 active subscribers. The company already supports leading MVNOs including <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.standardbank.co.za\/about-usCommercial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Standard Bank Mobile<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrpmoney.com\/en_za\/mrpcellular\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Mr Price Mobile<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clientelelifeinsurance.co.za\/life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Clientele Life<\/strong><\/a>, their own MVNO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meandyoumobile.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>me&amp;you mobile<\/strong><\/a> and more.
