The president said that this will include the reopening of all districts, as well as key areas of the economy.<\/p>\n<p>However, in a National Council of Provinces (NCOP) on Tuesday (26 May) Mkhize indicated that some coronavirus hotspots may remain at level 4 based on the number of coronavirus cases reported.<\/p>\n<p>The below slide from Mkhize\u2019s presentation highlights the confusion.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-402077 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1.png 1523w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1-1024x502.png 1024w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1-768x377.png 768w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Districts-1-1200x589.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 716px) 100vw, 716px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mkhize&#8217;s has since clarified that this was an &#8216;old slide&#8217; and was inadvertently included in the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the slide was previously included by the Department of Health prior to a final decision being taken by the National Coronavirus Command Council (NCCC).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We confirm that the whole country will move to alert level 3 from 1 June 2020.
