Pam Golding has launched its digital edition of Exquisite, its collection of some of the most prestigious properties in South Africa.<\/p>\n

According to the real estate specialist, the luxury property market is showing encouraging signs of growing activity, \u201cand it is also at its most competitive pricing in over a decade\u201d.<\/p>\n

The realtor has a number of luxury properties listed as for sale, ranging between R9 million and R59 million, but also includes a number of high-value rentals stretching as far as R330,000 per month.<\/a><\/p>\n

Of the rental listings, two come in at R100,000 per month – one located in the upmarket Saddlebrook Estate, just north of Joburg near Midrand, and one in the Steenberg Estate in Tokai, just outside Constantia, Cape Town.<\/p>\n

Both residences offer luxurious living to those who can afford the steep monthly fee to stay there.<\/p>\n

Saddlebrook Estate – R100,000 a month<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Saddlebrook house offers four bedrooms, five bathrooms – and includes a cottage and servants’ quarters.<\/p>\n

The buildings cover 1,600 square metres on a 11,000 square metre property, and is fitted and is fitted and suited for entertaining.<\/p>\n

“The entire home functions off ELAN Home Automation, and features a custom fitted bar with ambient lighting for first class entertaining,” Pam Golding said. The patio walks out to a heated rim flow pool, and a jacuzzi.<\/p>\n

It also includes underfloor heating, an evaporative air conditioning system, central vacuum system, flue-less gas fire place, generator, borehole and triple staff quarters.<\/p>\n

The Steenberg Estate home is smaller by comparison, offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms<\/p>\n

What the Steenberg house lacks in size, it gains through its location, with stunning views to take in. It also includes a full golf membership to the local course.<\/p>\n

Along with the open-plan structure, the house offers additional features bundled into the rent, such as uncapped internet, Netflix and DStv Premium, a garden service and water.<\/p>\n
