{"id":47371,"date":"2013-10-09T10:02:07","date_gmt":"2013-10-09T08:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=47371"},"modified":"2013-10-09T11:19:03","modified_gmt":"2013-10-09T09:19:03","slug":"outas-e-toll-case-dismissed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/trending\/47371\/outas-e-toll-case-dismissed\/","title":{"rendered":"Outa&#8217;s e-toll case dismissed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (<a title=\"Outa\" href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/1949-OUTA-Opposition-to-Urban-Tolling-Alliance\">Outa<\/a>) on Wednesday in its e-toll challenge against the SA National Roads Agency Ltd (<a title=\"Sanral\" href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/1722-SANRAL-South-African-National-Roads-Association-Limited\">Sanral<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Judge Fritz Brand said the appeal was refused and no order for costs was made.<\/p>\n<p>However, the judge said the order granted by the High Court in Pretoria directing the appellants to pay the respondents&#8217;
