Long live StarSat!\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/broadcasting\/90779-toptv-is-dead-long-live-starsat.html\">re-launch of TopTV as StarSat<\/a>, which ODM revealed at the end of October.<\/p>\n<p>ODM said at the time that the new StarSat bouquets would be available from 1 December 2013.
