T-Systems in South Africa has announced its acquisition of Intervate, a provider of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions for an undisclosed fee.<\/p>\n
Intervate, which assists organisations with improving productivity and collaboration, reducing costs and increasing compliance, is a Microsoft-focused business, which will assist T-Systems in growing this partnership.<\/p>\n
Intervate will operate as a legal entity under T-Systems\u2019 Systems Integration division, and will move to T-Systems headquarters in Midrand in due course.<\/p>\n
Its customer base spans all of T-Systems\u2019 key vertical sectors, including government and the public sector, finance and insurance, telecoms, education, IT, retail, mining and the automotive industry.<\/p>\n

Lionel Moyal, MD of Intervate will head up the newly created EIM business that will fall within T-Systems\u2019 business.<\/p>\n
