It will then hold a five-day Blue Dot Sale at the end of the month.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Week 1 (1 \u2013 7 November): large appliances, TVs, audio, furniture, beauty, toys and nappies;<\/li>\n<li>Week 2 (8 \u2013 14 November): garden, pool &amp; patio, braai\u2019s, DIY, power tools, laptops &amp; computers, books and liquor;<\/li>\n<li>Week 3 (15 \u2013 21 November): bed &amp; bathroom, dining &amp; entertaining, smart home technology, camping, and household essentials;<\/li>\n<li>Early Access (22 &#8211; 25 November): Appliances, gaming, TVs, sporting equipment, and toys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The annual Blue Dot Sale will kick off at one minute past midnight on 26 November (Black Friday) and will run for five days over Black Friday weekend into Cyber Monday (29 November) and Takealot Tuesday (30 November), the group said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re excited to once again give our shoppers more time to shop as we release some of our best deals in the countdown to our annual Blue Dot Sale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019ve always aimed to offer a customer-centric online experience that takes the queueing and hassle of in-store shopping out of Black Friday and festive shopping, and this year is no different,&#8221;\u00a0 said Julie-Anne Walsh, chief marketing officer at Takealot.com.<\/p>\n<p>The group said it will also be launching Takealot Tuesday (30 November) that will add extra focus on showcasing deals sold by Takealot Marketplace sellers, specifically small to medium-sized South African businesses that utilise Takealot to sell and deliver their products, as well as products exclusive to Takealot.<\/p>\n<p>The group noted that it will continue to offer same-day and next-day delivery over the period.
