FNB has added to its online banking services, now allowing customers to import recipients, reactivate blocked cards and search for traffic fines using their ID number.<\/p>\n
The bank said it has also made a few minor cosmetic changes based on user feedback.<\/p>\n
The updates give banking customers online functionality, where it was one required to head into an FNB branch to complete.<\/p>\n
FNB now provides two options to import recipient details directly on to FNB\u2019s system so that customers can avoid going into a branch.<\/p>\n
FNB has also made it possible for customers to reset their PIN online, if it had been entered incorrectly three times in a row.<\/p>\n
Another of the bank\u2019s latest enhancements is the ability to view and pay traffic fines via Online Banking, by using their ID numbers, without the need to visit any other website.<\/p>\n
Additionally primary account holders can now share their accounts with their spouses, partners, children, siblings, etc. with the new ability to create secondary users within their own online profiles.<\/p>\n
“This follows a trend that a large number of consumers indicated that they would like to share their accounts \u2013 but still retain full control with the same level of security on their profiles and accounts,” FNB said.<\/p>\n
