Yandiswa Xhakaza is the Director of the UCT Online High School and is passionate about helping children reach their full potential through education.<\/p>\n
She earned her Bachelor of Education Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pretoria.<\/p>\n
She also accrued experience as a programme facilitator at Wits and the Gauteng Department of Education.<\/p>\n
She then worked as an executive director at Akhani Social Development Management and was the founding head and CEO of the Arrow Academy.<\/p>\n
Xhakaza experienced the issues of an unequal education system first-hand as a child, and this has inspired her to dedicate her life to helping young South Africans access high-quality education at scale.<\/p>\n
