apartments, says that its flagship development, The Apollo, is <span lang=\"EN-ZA\">completed and fully let<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The Apollo is the result of the conversion of the 30,000 square-metre ex-PwC building in Sunninghill into 700 apartments for middle-income earners.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the group has developed The Alpha, also in Sunninghill, and boasts 3,000 middle income apartments in
