President Joe Biden spoke Sunday with leaders from France, Germany and the UK about reviving a nuclear deal with Iran, which could lead to a surge in supply from the OPEC producer.<\/p>\n<p>Crude has given up all of the gains since Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine in late February as fears over an economic downturn filtered through the oil market. Time spreads are signaling easing concerns over tight supply, while a stronger dollar has also added to headwinds for commodities.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Oil.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-618547\" src=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Oil.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"814\" height=\"457\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Oil.jpg 814w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Oil-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Oil-768x431.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 814px) 100vw, 814px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nBiden and his European allies discussed \u201congoing negotiations\u201d toward a nuclear agreement, including \u201cthe need to strengthen support for partners in the Middle East region,\u201d according to a US summary of the call released Sunday.
