Cell C has appointed Lerato Pule as the company\u2019s new chief financial officer. Pule will take over from Zaf Mahomed.<\/p>\n

The group said that as its recapitalisation is almost complete, Mahomed will be moving on to new business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Pule commences her role as CFO on September 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

She joined the leadership team earlier this year to ensure a smooth handover, and will play an important role as Cell C evolves to chart a new course to become a digital lifestyle company, the group said.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Cell C, Pule held the position of CFO for Telkom\u2019s SME segment.<\/p>\n

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a BCom Honours in Accounting and over 16 years\u2019 experience in financial and business management at an operational and strategic level in various organisations.<\/p>\n
