<\/a><\/p>\n“51 of the 56 countries and territories tracked continue to register an increase in house prices on an annual basis despite the clouds, or rather storms, on the economic horizon,” said Knight Frank.<\/p>\n
Even when looking at the data over the last three months, the figure only drops to 49 countries out of the 56 markets.<\/p>\n
According to Knight Frank, as a result of global inflation, house prices in real terms are averaging just 1.6% growth in the year to Q2 2022, down from 6.2% a year earlier.<\/p>\n
