A new report from CareerJunction reveals that new jobs continue to grow within the IT industry in South Africa, which has seen a remarkable spike in labour demand during 2014.<\/p>\n

The recruitment firm noted that year-on-year, job advertising in the IT space has picked up by 49%.<\/p>\n

The CareerJunction Index (CJI) uses data gathered from the CareerJunction website to represent online labour dynamics in South Africa.<\/p>\n

\"IT<\/a>The report is based on the latest salary offerings collected from CareerJunction\u2019s website, which currently serves over 2,000 recruiters who advertise an average of 25,000 jobs every month.<\/p>\n

The picture remains less rosy for the telecoms sector in SA.<\/p>\n

Following a dip in employment during the final quarter of last year, job advertising has settled within the Telecommunication industry during 2014, CareerJunction said.<\/p>\n
