Vidi, a video-on-demand service from Times Media Group set to launch in South Africa during September, advertised its upcoming launch in the Sunday Times on 31 August 2014.<\/p>\n

One of two full-page ads in the newspaper suggests that Breaking Bad will be one of the TV shows on offer through Vidi.<\/p>\n

Breaking Bad ended its 5 season run in 2013, but it proved popular among TV viewers and critics, receiving a number of Primetime Emmy Awards between 2008 and 2014.<\/p>\n

In its other full-page advertisement, Vidi implies that it will also offer films and series such as American Hustle, the Lego Movie, Free Birds, Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Brothers and Sisters, Need for Speed, and Pretty Little Liars.<\/p>\n

Details of the upcoming launch of the service are sketchy, but Vidi has sent out notices to the press saying to \u201csave the date\u201d for Wednesday, 10 September 2014.<\/p>\n

It is expected that pricing and launch details will be revealed then.<\/p>\n
