Altron subsidiary, Altech Netstar has purchased fleet and asset management solutions provider, FleetPro for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n
Altech Netstar MD, Harry Louw, said that the acquisition closes the loop in the provision of an extensive suite of fleet solutions from a single provider.<\/p>\n
\u201cAltech Netstar has seized the opportunity to expand its services to provide solutions for key Southern African fleets.”<\/p>\n
“A strategic imperative for Altech Netstar is to deliver the most all-encompassing range of fleet solutions in the market, and the acquisition of FleetPro provides it with a unique offering while enhancing its position as technology leader in fleet management,” Louw said.<\/p>\n
FleetPro’s John Bell, said the comprehensive package includes fleet finance and maintenance management; fuel, accident and fines management; as well as personnel and driver management.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur fully integrated fleet management and rental and leasing system already has a successful history of providing large and small fleets in Southern Africa, Africa, the Middle East and Europe with optimal management advantages and competitive bottom-line results,” Bell said.<\/p>\n
