Vox Telecom has concluded its acquisition of managed IT provider, Dynamic IT, as part of its growth and diversification strategy.<\/p>\n
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
Established 13 years ago, Dynamic IT’s staff complement has already been integrated into Vox Telecom\u2019s existing managed services structure and founding members, while Martin Henene and Barry Kemp remain “critical members of the team”, Vox said.<\/p>\n
Murray Steyn, executive head: commercial at Vox Telecom said: \u201cConvergence and cloud are accelerating the outsourced managed IT market and it is no longer viable to be \u2018just\u2019 a telecommunications provider in South Africa.\u00a0 There is a growing demand for vendors to deliver value added, and valuable services for customers, no matter their size.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAn acquisition of this nature was the next natural step for our business, and takes us closer to delivering an end-to-end solution for our customers – from peripherals to virtual hosted solutions, and everything in between,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The Vox Telecom Managed IT solution is designed to deliver fully outsourced and managed IT, but can also co-exist and support an IT manager or other onsite IT resources within an organisation.<\/p>\n
