Local companies <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/royalshakapropertygroup.co.za\/current-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\">Royal Shak<\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/royalshakapropertygroup.co.za\/current-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\">a<\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/royalshakapropertygroup.co.za\/current-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/royalshakapropertygroup.co.za\/current-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\">P<\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/royalshakapropertygroup.co.za\/current-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\">p<\/a>, GFS Holdings and Collins Residential will also co-own the resort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resort, which is set to be located in the town of&nbsp;Tinley Manor, is set to have the following amenities and features: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>342 four-star resort hotel units <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fractional ownership villas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Convention class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20-minutes to King Shaka International Airport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30-hectare site north of Tinley Manor&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Royal Shaka Property Group said that the resort will primarily host families, couples and conference groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It added that 50% of the Club Med market returns to a resort every three years, with 60% of attendees being in family groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It noted that the resort&#8217;s operations will sustain 530 direct jobs and 1,500 indirect jobs once completed. 1,000 construction job opportunities will also be created via the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moneyweb.co.za\/news\/south-africa\/club-med-mega-beach-resort-for-kzn-north-coast\/\"><strong>Moneyweb<\/strong><\/a>, although the project has not been formally announced, it is
