Sita is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sita soon became a Manager and then a Partner at EY, and held several leadership positions during this time \u2013 including Head of Entrepreneurial Services, lead Audit Partner on Telkom, and Head of Assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2010, Sita was named a Managing Partner and CEO of EY Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under his leadership, EY Africa has won multiple awards – including the Professional Services Firm of the Year, and ranking as a Top Employer for 10 consecutive years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to being the CEO of EY Africa, Sita sits on the EY EMEIA Board and the EY Global Emerging Markets Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this interview, Sita unpacks how companies can benefit from AI and overcome the challenges of AI adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
