Cell C is trying to resolve a dispute with a customer who erected an outdoor advertising banner with the message: \u201cThe most useless service provider in SA \u2013 Cell C Sandton City\u201d.<\/p>\n

The banner was placed on the fence of a large shopping centre and names the franchise manager \u2013 saying that his \u201cunnamed executive head refuses to assist the customer\u201d.<\/p>\n

Google StreetView identifies the location of the banner as World Wear shopping centre on Beyers Naude drive, close to the N1.<\/p>\n

Many people commented on the banner on social media, which included: \u201cCell C can you feel the burn #badservice #loveit\u201d, and \u201cCellC \u2013 one of your customers thinks you are not so #EPIC right now\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cell C confirmed that banner was put up by one of its customers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can confirm that there is a dispute between Cell C and the customer responsible for the banner and we are attempting to resolve the matter,\u201d Cell C said.<\/p>\n
