This acquisition enabled scale for SYNAQ through access to infrastructure and resources as well as new markets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimension Data\u2019s sales force helped take SYNAQ\u2019s enterprise-grade email packages (another first in terms of price and value) to a broader audience of mid-market customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimension Data eventually acquired the remaining shares, reinforcing the mutual benefits of the partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Buy Back Now?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Japan\u2019s Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) Corp\u2019s acquisition of Dimension Data opened the door for SYNAQ to buy the entity back. \u201cWe remain passionate about unparalleled cloud-based email security services for large and small businesses, alike\u201d, said SYNAQ\u2019s CEO and Founder, David Jacobson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur time with Dimension Data afforded us stability and support as we scaled.
