A 20,100-hectare game reserve in the Eastern Cape is on the market for $12,000,000 (R225 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The malaria-free, privately-owned game reserve<\/a> is separated from the Greater Addo Elephant National Park by 14km. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property is home to 54 species of large mammals, 272 confirmed species of birds, 58 species of reptiles and 15 species of amphibians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “ultra-luxurious” Sky Villa atop one of the highest mountains on the reserve can accommodate 57 guests and features. It features 360-degree views of the rugged mountains and plains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ilanga Manor House, built in the Cape Dutch style, also features 11 rooms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is Elsa’s Farmhouse, which features traditional Karoo architecture, whilst there are self-catering units at Kakhulu Karoo, and the Isanti Karoo chalets have seven custom-designed units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also eight swimming pools, a gym and a boutique spa for facial and massage treatments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also has commercial facilities, such as a conference centre, country estate, game lodge, guest lodge and spa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of security, there are CCTV cameras and an electric fence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite being in the “wild,” the reserve also features cellular coverage and electricity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reserve is accessible with a 2-hour drive from Port Elizabeth airport, or by direct private air charter to the 1,3km gravel and aggregate landing strip on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
