{"id":737213,"date":"2023-12-10T15:33:16","date_gmt":"2023-12-10T13:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=737213"},"modified":"2023-12-10T15:34:28","modified_gmt":"2023-12-10T13:34:28","slug":"stage-4-load-shedding-back-for-the-week-heres-the-new-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/energy\/737213\/stage-4-load-shedding-back-for-the-week-heres-the-new-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Stage 4 load shedding back for the week &#8211; here&#8217;s the new schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Power utility Eskom says that stage 4 load shedding will continue this week, only dropping down to stage 3 during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to improved generation capacity availability and adequate emergency reserves, load shedding will continue to be suspended until 05:00 on Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From Monday to Thursday, Stage 3 load shedding will be implemented from 05:00 until 16:00 and Stage 4 load shedding will be implemented from 16:00 until 05:00. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is due to the normal expected increase in demand for electricity during the week and an increase in planned maintenance.
