Glassdoor has released its annual listing of best companies to work for \u2013 with big social networking companies like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook cracking the nod as great places for employees.<\/p>\n

The ranking is determined by taking cumulative average ratings from more than 500,000 employees who took part in a survey run between November 2013 and November 2014.<\/p>\n

The Glassdoor company review survey asked employees to rate their satisfaction with the company overall and key workplace factors, such as career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work\/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values.<\/p>\n

Consulting firm, Bain & Company, once again topped the Glassdoor ranking, reaching a rating of top 4.6 (out of 5), based off of 625 reviews.<\/p>\n

The top 10 listing is unchanged from 2013’s ranking, though scored were based off of more employee reviews.<\/p>\n

Twitter was voted as the best tech company to work for, scoring 4.6 based off of 191 reviews, followed by LinkedIn and Facebook, in 3rd and 5th, respectively.<\/p>\n

Facebook has featured on the list for five consecutive years \u2013 hitting the number one spot on its debut in 2011, dropping to third in 2012, hitting back to top spot in 2013, before settling on 5th in 2014 and 2015’s lists.<\/p>\n
