Buyers in Bellville are slightly younger, and the average freehold and sectional title selling prices are slightly higher than in Parow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data from Lightstone showed that freehold homes in both suburbs have seen price growth of roughly 80% from 2014 to 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boston, Oakdalge and Heemstede in Bellville and De Tijger in Parow are particularly popular with buyers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the easily accessible road system, several businesses and large corporations have also established bases in the suburbs, boosting the local economy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Tygerberg Hospital, the closeness of other medical facilities, such as Karl Bremer Hospital, Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt, Melomed Bellville, and Panorama Mediclinic, will attract many medical students and professionals to the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
