But now it’s possible to track down the answers (Obama: first reference on November 18, 2006) thanks to the Indian-based search engine Who Tweeted it First<\/a>. It finds the first time any keyword was tweeted.<\/p>\n German Chancellor Angela Merkel, now often regarded as the world’s most powerful woman, was first referred to on Twitter on January 9, 2007, the site shows.<\/p>\n Who Tweeted it First was developed by Amit Agarwal of India and searches Twitter all the way back to its origins in 2006.
