Vox Telecom\u2019s executive committee has decided to take the business off the market, and will invest in the future of the company as a stand-alone business.<\/p>\n
In July 2014 Vox Telecom\u2019s investors decided to explore various options to maximize the growth of\u00a0the company.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom the outset the final decision had to provide the foundation for the business to capatalise on the new and dynamic changes in the ICT landscape,\u201d said Vox Telecom CEO Jacques du Toit.<\/p>\n
He said there were various interactions with local and international parties, but based on a solid future strategy provided by the exco, it was decided to take the business off the market.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis main reason for this decision was based on the fact that the current investors have faith in the economy and specifically the ICT sector,\u201d said du Toit.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey also believe in the strength of the Vox brand and the human capital to deliver the long-term strategy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Du Toit said that Vox Telecom will now focus all its efforts on the following:<\/p>\n
\u201cHaving finality on this matter has brought renewed energy to the team and everyone is very excited about the future,\u201d said du Toit.<\/p>\n
