{"id":783137,"date":"2024-07-18T10:47:58","date_gmt":"2024-07-18T08:47:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=783137"},"modified":"2024-07-18T12:31:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T10:31:29","slug":"takealot-launching-black-friday-in-july-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/trending\/783137\/takealot-launching-black-friday-in-july-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"Takealot launching &#8216;Black Friday&#8217; in July sale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Online retail group Takealot is launching its Ultimate Checkout sale, which it says will offer a host of discounts, midnight launch exclusives and daily deals &#8220;at last&#8217;s year&#8217;s Black Friday prices&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">The sale will run\u00a0<strong>from Wednesday, 24 to Sunday, 28 July<\/strong>, the group said, with the items selected from the most wished-for, highest-rated, top-trending and most-searched lists on its platform.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The sale is all based on an analysis of aggregated behaviour and trends of over 90 million searches,<br>reviews and wish lists from millions of shoppers,&#8221; the group said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale will also feature benefits for the TakealotMORE subscription service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takealot <a href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/trending\/771262\/takelot-launches-unlimited-free-delivery-subscription-service-in-south-africa\/\"><strong>launched its subscription service<\/strong><\/a> in May 2024, offering free delivery on purchases.
