This can be a win-win, as employers get the skills they need while students get a guaranteed job. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, several companies, especially financial institutions, are offering bursaries for areas where the country lacks skills, especially in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who cannot afford the fees to attend tertiary institutions and do not receive a bursary can still use the government-funded National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) programme.
