\u201cStudies have shown that this seasonal boom period drives higher sales volumes,\u201d said Raad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIncreased demand means properties are on the market for a shorter period, and this competitive period can increase average sales prices,\u201d said Raad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere has never been a better time to plant the seeds to future wealth by investing in commercial property right now.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
