JSE-listed technology company EOH has announced that it has acquired\u00a0Construction Computer Software (CCS) for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n
CCS provides integrated niche management solutions for the Construction and Mining industry sectors.<\/p>\n
CCS has a turnover in excess of R200 million, and presence in 50 countries, including South Africa, Middle East, Europe, Australia and South America.<\/p>\n
According to Peter Reynolds, joint MD CCS \u201cEOH is a natural home for CCS with an innovative culture, complimentary solution set and access to a wider customer base\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cCCS compliments EOH\u2019s stated Industry Vertical and International strategy of combining best of breed solutions with deep industry knowledge and will be offered\u00a0 on a cloud basis globally\u201d, said Brian Gubbins Group Business Development Director EOH.<\/p>\n
