For example, a late vehicle licence disc renewal incurs a penalty of 10% of the annual renewal cost for every month of delay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These measures aim to enforce compliance but add to the financial strain on motorists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, the periodic renewal of driver\u2019s licence cards and vehicle licence discs serves both practical and regulatory purposes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
