This is according to IT recruitment specialists from <a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/414654-Datafin-Recruitment\" target=\"_blank\">Datafin<\/a> and <a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/376750-CareerJunction\">CareerJunction<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Datafin director, <a title=\"Person Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/414940-Lindy-Sollinger\" target=\"_blank\">Lindy Sollinger<\/a> said that she expects IT professionals in the fields of development, sales and social networking to be in high demand in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>According to Sollinger, IT salaries will not show significant growth in 2012, but she expects developers to be able to demand higher salaries because of the growing demand.<\/p>\n<p>Senior IT management and project managers are expected to have a challenging year when it comes to salaries, said Sollinger.<\/p>\n<p>CareerJunction\u2019s <a title=\"Person Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/414938-Odile-Badenhorst\" target=\"_blank\">Odile Badenhorst<\/a> said that IT professionals who are in high demand, but relatively scarce on the job market, will continue to be high-end earners.
