The rand recovered some of its losses against a weaker dollar early Thursday, following news that Washington plans to initiate talks to end the Russia-Ukraine war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The rand was trading at 18.46 against the dollar, approximately 0.4% stronger than its previous closing value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
