fibre-to-the-home prices, which include a 1Gbps uncapped FTTH product for R799 per month.<\/p>\n<p>Last week <a title=\"123NET FTTH\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/fibre\/121288-new-fibre-to-the-home-player-with-1gbps-plans.html\"><strong>123 Internetworks (123NET) announced that<\/strong><\/a> it was preparing to roll out fibre services to homes and businesses in KwaZulu-Natal and other parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p>123Net CEO Kalin Bogatzevski said their aim is to provide ultra-fast Internet access to South Africans, which includes a 1Gbps services.<\/p>\n<p>The company has now unveiled its planned FTTH prices, and it is better than anything seen in South Africa before.<\/p>\n<p>123NET is planning three residential services, with prices ranging between R300 per month and R1,999 per month:<\/p>\n<div class=\"table-responsive\"><table class=\"table\" border=\"1\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" receive full, uncapped access free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Bogatzevski explained that all their plans come with uncapped data \u2013 the only limits are for the international bandwidth speeds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will not limit the speed to any South African IP network,\u201d said Bogatzevski. \u201cSubscribers will be able to use the maximum possible bandwidth [1Gbps] that the remote site can provide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that these FTTH plans will be available to all 123NET subscribers, independent of their location.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">More on fibre and
