calling the grid &#8220;severely constrained&#8221; and vulnerable &#8211; but has been able to stave of load shedding in recent times.<\/p>\n<p>The group, however, warns that any sudden loss of power on the grid would result in the implementation of rolling blackouts.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Forecast for the rest of the week indicates that the system will remain extremely constrained, meaning that any extra load or faults in the system may necessitate the need to go into load shedding,&#8221;
