While Miller is highly successful, he acknowledges that South African entrepreneurs still face many challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High interest rates make debt expensive and ensure offshore investors are hesitant to enter the market due to volatile currency fluctuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will help sustain your internal energy levels and keep your mind sharp for improved and consistent performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mental health is also important, with Miller recommending meditation and reflection to help keep you balanced and focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflection can include writing in a journal or making morning reports to help you keep your important goals in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Such mental discipline is key to being successful – those who allow themselves to get distracted rarely succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Importantly, you should then build a circle of people who will challenge and support you. Avoid pessimists, and instead find people who will give you constructive feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
